About us
Simon
Most people who run organisations are excellent communicators, they have to be. They also tend to be exceedingly busy. Having someone who can grasp a concept quickly and push it along to the right people in the correct tone of voice can leverage their skills and increase their reach.
As it happens I like techies and engineers, I can talk to them and sometimes understand what they say. This has always worked well because the practical types like to get on with things whilst I can be left to do the wittering. As a communicator I like wittering so everyone’s happy.
I’ve run opt-in marketing exercises for a couple of organisations over the past five years with excellent results. But like most creative types I can turn my hand to many things, and tend to. In the past I’ve worked as a copywriter, art director, product designer, illustrator, computer games designer, animation director, video producer, graphic designer, web designer, company director, studio manager, arts event organiser etc. etc.
This breadth might speak of a restless spirit but it does mean that I bring a bit of “bottom” to the table!
My main hobby is painting – I organise a thriving art group here – do join us if you like drawing.
And I would like to be a rock guitarist when I grow up

Alison
Organised, together, grown up and with long experience of running businesses in the financial sector and managing people in competitive environments, Alison now spends much of her time helping high performers focus their efforts through her coaching practice. She is the practical one who makes sure that things get done - that's why she's working on this project.
Alison loves painting too and also organises the Dulwich Art Group.
